Shoe Giveaway Sign Up

We want to equip foster and kinship families by providing tennis shoes, backpacks, and basic school supplies for all the children in your home!  Fill out the form below with all the information and we will do the shopping(if you have more than 3 children please fill out an additional form/s for the rest of the children in your home)!  Be sure to include any preferences or additional information so we can get shoes the children will be happy to wear.  You can pick up the shoes between July 28th - August 1st at the Foster Village East TN Resource Center at 2911 Highway 11 Athens TN 37303. We will send out a schedule with times the week before pick up begins.
