CAREGIVER GATHERING

Our next Caregiver Gathering will be May 10th at 6pm in Athens. We hope you can join us! Free dinner and childcare provided. You must register here.

Our guest speaker is Angela Holder. She is a licensed massage therapist and owns Body Balance Massage Wellness in Sweetwater, TN.

She will be speaking on self care and giving us tools to help take good care of ourselves, while taking care of others. She will also be bringing her massage chair and offer massages to all who are interested!
